Just made this Turkish Mocha.
The only unusual / exotic ingredient is the cardamom. It’s very fragrant and the taste is amazing.
I made it in a MEDIUM saucepan as recommended, but, had I thought about it, I would have used a larger one. The recipe has you taking 2 cups of half & half and incorporating 6 cups of brewed coffee. Medium saucepan won’t do it.
Next time I’ll probably use a crockpot to keep it warm. It’s wonderfully warm and delicious!
